08.03.2024 Alice Tambourine Lover – Live Heile Welt – Münster

Soft atmospheres in the style of Mazzy Star and gritty flashes in the style of Mark Lanegan. The duo creates its own very personal style, ranging between dream folk, desert blues and psychedelia.
Alice Tambourine Lover are Alice Albertazzi (vocals, guitar) and Gianfranco Romanelli (dobro, resonator guitars).

The two also play together in the heavy rockin‘ band ALiX, with which they have released six albums, including Good One, recorded by Steve Albini in 2008 and the latest „Last Dreamer“ released in 2022 by Go Down Records.
The Alice Tambourine Lover duo releases for Go Down Records: „Naked Songs“ (2012), „Star Rovers“ (2013), „Like A Rose“ (2015), „Down Below“ (2019) and „Forse Non Sei Tu“ (2021) a 7” inch that contains a version of Alan Sorrenti’s „Vorrei Incontrarti”.
The album „Like A Rose“ contains two previously unreleased tracks by Dandy Brown (Hermano, Orquesta Del Desierto) and John Garcia (Kyuss, Unida, Hermano); the cover is signed by California photographer Ed Ross.
Two of their tracks, „Hungry Thieves“ by Alice Tambourine Lover and „The Sweet-Smelling Roads“ by the ALiX band, are included in the soundtrack of the 2014 film „Bota Cafe“ by directors Iris Elezi & Thomas Logoreci.
